By accessing or using any tool on AI Image Tools — including the Background Remover, Background Changer, Image Converter, Image Compressor, and Image Resizer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

AI Image Tools provides a suite of free, browser-based image processing utilities. All tools operate entirely within your web browser using client-side technologies — no images are uploaded to or processed on our servers.

Our current tools include:

• Background Changer — replaces image backgrounds with a custom color or image.
• Image Converter — converts images between formats such as JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
• Image Compressor — reduces image file size while preserving quality.

You may use AI Image Tools for any lawful personal, educational, or commercial purpose. The following uses are explicitly permitted:

• Resizing, converting, or compressing your own images for personal or professional use.
• Processing images for websites, social media, presentations, or documents.
• Using the tools as part of a workflow for client work or business projects.
• Sharing the output files freely — we impose no restrictions on what you create.

You agree not to use AI Image Tools for any of the following:

• Processing, distributing, or creating content that is illegal under applicable laws.
• Creating or editing images that constitute harassment, hate speech, defamation, or threats toward any individual or group.
• Processing images of individuals without their consent in a manner that violates their privacy or dignity.
• Creating non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes or similar manipulations).
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security-related features of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code from our tools.
• Using automated bots or scripts to access our platform in a way that causes excessive server load.

All content on AI Image Tools — including the website design, code, graphics, logos, and written content — is owned by or licensed to AI Image Tools and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
• The output files you generate using our tools belong entirely to you — we claim no ownership over images you process.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you upload and process do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

AI Image Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
• The results of using our tools will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Any bugs, errors, or defects will be corrected immediately.

Your use of AI Image Tools is entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of original files before processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Image Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our tools.
• Any loss, corruption, or damage to image files processed using our platform.
• Unauthorized access to your browser or device while using our services.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the output generated by our tools.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or load resources from third-party providers such as Google Fonts or CDN libraries. These are provided for convenience only.

• We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites.
• Linking to a third-party site does not constitute endorsement of that site or its content.
• You access third-party links entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of AI Image Tools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle (and specifically, do not collect) your data.

In summary: we do not collect, store, or transmit your images or personal information. All image processing is performed locally in your browser.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Significant changes will be highlighted on our homepage. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of AI Image Tools shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
